Do I need an account to place an order?
Creating an Aveline by GS account is not required to place an order. However, we highly recommend creating one to enjoy a faster checkout experience, save your billing and shipping details, and receive updates on exclusive offers and new arrivals.
To create an account:
Click Login at the top right corner of the website.
Select Create an Account.
Enter your personal details.
Click Register to complete the process.
What if I forget my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password:
Click Forgot Your Password? on the login page.
Enter your registered email address.
Follow the password reset instructions sent to your email.
Create a new password and log in.
How can I update my account details?
Log in to your account and navigate to My Account, where you can edit your personal information, password, and saved addresses.
How can I view my order history?
Sign in to My Account and select Orders to view your previous purchases and order details.
How will I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via call and WhatsApp. After verification, your order will be processed.
How can I update my shipping or billing address?
You can update your saved addresses by logging into My Account.
If you need to change the delivery address of an order that has already been placed, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed.
Placing an Order
How do I place an order?
Browse and select your desired products.
Add them to your Shopping Bag.
Proceed to Checkout.
Enter your shipping and billing details.
Select your preferred payment method.
Click Place Order.
You will receive an order confirmation via email after your purchase.
How can I check my order status?
You can check your order status by logging into My Account or by contacting our Customer Support team.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for dispatch.

If your prepaid order has already been processed, refunds will be issued according to our Refund Policy.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, additional items cannot be added. You may place a new order or contact Customer Support for assistance.
Where do you deliver?
Aveline by GS ships both within Pakistan and internationally to most countries, subject to local shipping restrictions.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan only, however you can enjoy 10% off on your orders with prepaid payment method.
How do I place a Cash on Delivery order?
Add your products to the Shopping Bag.
Proceed to Checkout.
Enter your billing and shipping information.
Select Cash on Delivery as your payment method.
Confirm your order.
Please keep the exact payment ready when your parcel arrives.
Are shipping charges based on order weight?
No. Domestic shipping is charged at a flat rate of Rs. 350 regardless of the order weight.
Is there a maximum COD order value?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to PKR 25,000.
Orders above this amount must be prepaid.
How many delivery attempts will be made?
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the parcel cannot be delivered after the final attempt, it will be returned to us.
Will multiple items arrive together?
Whenever possible, all items are shipped in one parcel. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will be notified.
Will I pay extra shipping for split shipments?
No. You will not be charged additional shipping fees if your order is shipped separately.

What is the estimated delivery time?
Pakistan: 7–10 working days
International: 7–14 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and destination.
Why is my order delayed?
Delays may occur due to:

What are the delivery charges?
For Domestic Orders, Rs. 350.
International shipping charges depend on the destination country and parcel weight.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:
Cash on Delivery (Pakistan only)
Prepaid Bank Transfers
Additional payment methods may become available in the future.
Do I have to pay taxes?
For orders within Pakistan, all applicable taxes are included in the product price.
International customers may be required to pay customs duties or taxes according to their country’s regulations.
Who pays international customs duties?
Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges imposed by your country’s customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
Are shipping charges included in product prices?
No. Shipping charges are calculated separately during checkout.
How long does international shipping take?
International orders generally arrive within 7–14 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
What happens if I refuse to pay customs duties?
If an international shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, shipping charges and any customs-related costs will be deducted from the refund.

Are your prices negotiable?
No. All prices listed on our website are fixed.
Which currency is displayed?
Customers shopping from Pakistan will see prices in PKR.
International customers may view prices in their local currency where available.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. We regularly offer seasonal promotions and exclusive discounts.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Will I be charged for returning an incorrect or defective product?
No. If the error is on our part, Aveline by GS will bear the return shipping cost.
How are refunds processed?
Approved refunds will be processed according to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the circumstances and our refund policy.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Can I keep an incorrect item if my original order is missing?
No. We kindly request that incorrect items be returned to us. Once received, we will arrange the correct replacement or process your refund as applicable.
