At Aveline by GS, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, damage, or an incorrect item, our Customer Support team will carefully review your claim and guide you through the resolution process.
Please review the following claim guidelines:
Products purchased from Aveline by GS are non-refundable.
Products may be eligible for exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and the purchase invoice.
Items purchased during Sale, Clearance, or Promotional Offers are not eligible for exchange or return.
Products that have been altered, stitched, washed, damaged by misused, or modified in any way will not qualify for exchange or claim.
For complete outfit purchases, the entire suit (all pieces) must be returned when submitting a claim for inspection.
All claims must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.
Once a claim is approved, we aim to resolve it within 3–5 working days, depending on the nature of the issue.
Customers are responsible for collecting any approved or rejected claim items (where applicable) within 10 days after the claim decision has been communicated.
Aveline by GS reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all claims, exchanges, and product inspections.
