Product Color Disclaimer
At Aveline by GS, we make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual color of a product may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to differences in monitor settings, mobile device displays, lighting during photography, and individual screen calibration.
Minor variations in color or fabric texture are considered normal and do not qualify as manufacturing defects or reasons for exchange or return.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Aveline by GS, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an incorrect or defective product, we offer an easy exchange process in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, the product must:
Be returned within 3 days of receiving your order.
Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Be accompanied by the original order invoice or proof of purchase.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for exchange.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support by sending clear images of the product along with your order number to avelinebygs@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. After reviewing your request, we will arrange an exchange or provide an online store voucher equal to the value of the purchased product, where applicable.
Refunds
Aveline by GS follows a No Refund Policy.
Refunds are not offered once an order has been confirmed and delivered. If you experience any issue with your order, our Customer Support team will gladly assist you according to our Exchange and Claim Policy.
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Products purchased during Sale, Clearance, or Promotional Offers.
Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Products without original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase.
Orders purchased at full price before a promotional event will not be adjusted to sale prices after purchase.
Please review all product details, size information, and care instructions carefully before placing your order.
Kindly note that slight differences in color, embroidery placement, print alignment, or fabric texture due to photography, lighting, or screen settings are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not eligible for exchange.

Post-Delivery Claims
If you discover that an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. This allows us to investigate the matter promptly with our courier partner.
Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
